Unfortunately, I had to give them one star, because no stars is not an option. This company should be shut down. I wish I had bothered to read the reviews before I sent my Maui Jim sunglasses to them for lens replacement. Half of their reviews are negative. They kept my sunglasses for over 6 weeks and when I got them back they're not wearable. They sit at an angle on my face and one of the tiny screws is only half screwed in and cannot be screwed in any further. I have been a loyal Maui Jim fan for decades. I am going to buy another brand now. Beware of this company.
