I sent my designer sunglasses to be repaired and the representative got in touch with me and afthearing the price I asked him if it was posible to replace them. He checked and found the last pair of the discontinued style.Thanks to Arsenio and his good communication and follow up, I now have a brand new pair of my favorite glasses. He was excellent and I appreciated it.
