Ordered their BOGO & there was a prescription err (mine or theirs was never fully determined although I'd never erred in entering my prescription through the years on countless online glasses orders). They identified the issue very quickly & provided an acceptable solution. Communication has been superior. Ordered another pair with all running smoothly including improvements on their website. Glasses arrived as expected. Would have provided a 5 but the glasses are a bit loose or don't fit snugly (small frames) compared to American or Zenni frames even though well made. Transition lenses are good. Insurance claim was fulfilled using their invoice.
