I don’t understand the negative reviews for this company. I was looking for the specific sunglasses. eyeons had the last pair. days after ordering someone reached out to me letting me know that they cannot ship the item because it came damaged. I asked the customer service What was the damage? They told me it was a scratch on the frame. I told him I don’t mind. Please resend them. They told me it probably can’t be possible because they already send them back but they will try and they did they got back to me and unfortunately they ship the sunglasses back to the factory. This took four days after my order. I did asked them if I can exchange for something different. They told me yes and I did. But they did let me know that it can take up to 2 to 4 weeks. I said no problem. at the end, it actually took about two weeks for it to get to me and I am extremely pleased with my purchase.! When ordering from this company, it does say some items can take 2 to 4 weeks. If you don’t have patience don’t order! And if you do order, trust me the wait is worth it! My sunglasses came with everything including extras. I am extremely happy with my order! Customer service was amazing quick to answer all my questions and quick response time! I recommend!
