Almost, five stars I could give them. The website's 9 - 14 estimated business days from when they had received my online order, and finally getting my new presciption was beyond that. I understand that they could be busy with numerous other orders. My delay was communicated to me because of some mounting the new lenses to the brand new rimless Silhouette frames. Through my own efforts staying on top of it, I did e-mail them. I also made a couple phone calls back and forth. They assured me through their thorough passing necessary quality inspections, that they would come through. And, they did that. The custom prescription lenses were made perfectly (no issues there). One other smaller nit picking here. So, was while they were packed and shipped in a beautiful purple EyeSpecs.com box, the new glasses & frames were stuffed accompanied with also an ordered Silhouette eyeglass sunglasses clip, thin case. Bottom line. About 32 business days or nearly 1 1/2 months time frame. I will also say, that they did file an insurance claim on my behalf receiving a small reimbursement. That was a nice convenience. Overall their pricing's good. Communications were relatively reasonable and timely.
