I was told I could cancel an order by 9:30 for an 11:30 pick up at Subway. I contacted Subway first to make sure they hadn't started making the order. The very nice person I spoke to said it wouldn't be a problem at all, just call ezCater so you get your money back. I then called ezCater to cancel and was told Subway's policy says you have to call to cancel 24 hours before pick up or you pay 100 percent cancelation charge. He then asks, so do you still want to cancel ? What??? Why would I pay 100 percent for something I wanted to cancel, no, forget the cancelation. Clearly lied about Subway's policy. Don't use this company.
