I booked through the Eze-Flow website expecting to wait 2 days but Chris called steaight away and was at my home within an hour. The hot water issue was a mystery but Chris was patient and professional, finally determining the problem with a successful solution. I cannot recommend Chris enough, he was fantastic.
It's not easy to find a plumber/gas-fitter who'll work on boats, most won't go near a marine environment. Our gas hot water system started leaking on the Monday of the long weekend, and Chris managed to get to our place within the hour to sort out an interim measure with a small electric system. He came the next morning to install the new gas tank as well. His service was prompt and excellent.
