I should mention that I explained everything to your representative and even sent him a screenshot showing that my opponent accepted my apology, yet he insisted on not giving me the remaining two games and not giving me a refund.The game was released less than a week ago and I’ve already spent $100, meaning the game still has a whole year ahead of it. You could have earned from me and my friends, but you chose to stick to your ego and not give me the two remaining games.I should also mention that using the bomb is not stated anywhere in the registration as something that cancels the remaining games. You caused me distress and frustration, and you could have earned a lot of money from me.
