Made changes on an order, paid an amount to cover one item and then the rest through Humm. I asked the first time what do I do next concerning Humm and was told nothing on their end. Rang Humm and I was told the agreement should be cancelled on EZ living interiors end, which for me is correct because I was sent a link to complete the purchase not from Humm but from EZ living. Rang the store again only to be told that they will do it on their end and will take a couple of days. Really vague process and information for an order that was made incredibly easy. I suggest be 100% sure of what you want to get before placing an order with EZ living specially if its going through Humm.
