Due to unplanned delays we were unable to close on our new home on Friday to get the keys. So I had to advise the delivery team I couldn't guarantee access to the house for delivery time provided the following Tuesday (after bank holiday). Left homeless over the bank holiday weekend, EZ living also charged me 49 euro to change the delivery. Having spent thousands with EZ living, I feel like this was an opportunity to use discretion and waive this re-schedule fee.
