I don’t normally do google reviews but I feel I need to after having a number of disappointing/bad customer service experiences ending with going to the shop yesterday to spend a complimentary voucher posted to us by the area manager to apologise for past experiences, only to find there was no money on the voucher (which was very embarrassing) and phone call today from same manager to say the complimentary voucher was sent to us in error. This is shockingly bad customer service and I will never shop in this shop again.
