I was shopping in EZ living in Little Island and saw a throw which I liked. It didn't have a price on so I asked Roland if he could help me. He checked the computer and when he didn't find it there he went around the shop including going upstairs to find another throw which had the price details. I was very grateful to him for not giving up and I got my throw thanks to his persistence.
