I dealt with Jenni from the Holywood Store who was fabulous to deal with. It was my first time buying a sofa and Jenni was friendly, insightful and extremely patient. Being my first time I was very unsure. Jenni knew the stock well, showing me various sofas that would fit into the living room space and advising on each. I bought the Scott Navy Velvet Sofa on 23rd Aug which was delivered 5th Sept and I love it.
