We bought an expensive dining table from them with a stone top. It is supposed to come with a 10 year guarantee but when a crack formed right across the top of the table after 6 years they decided that wasn't within warranty. In other words their 10 year warranty is meaningless. They didn't even offer us any options on a repair. So we have a dining room table with an unsightly crack.
