Recently made a purchase online of a couch. Only floor model was in the Banbridge store. Unfortunately being in the republic, I couldn’t purchase it directly from the store (as I was going through finance). However, the sales staff member Joshua Watson was extremely helpful as I was making my decision. He guided and advised me over the phone and via email. It’s a shame he couldn’t get the commission or credit for the sale but he was very accommodating and a credit to the store. I hope his manager sees this and appreciates how hard Joshua works.
