Ordered online and picked courier delivery, got no tracking details. I followed up after a few days as I expected them, and initially got a very helpful reply to let me know my item would be delivered on a certain date. I waited in all day, no order arrived. I asked for a delivery tracking id, and got a reply asking if I had it yet and if not only then would I get tracking details. I replied immediately saying it hadn't arrived and asked again for tracking details, no response, I followed up a second time and even asked about the courier company so I could call them, no response. I tried calling when I finished work and lines were closed. No idea when the item will arrive, if it will arrive and how I'm supposed to plan to be here when it does arrive.
