Snowblower was not delivered in the promised timeframe, no communications from them. When contacted, they said it was ready to be shipped that day & I would receive the shipping info within 2 days. Didn't receive anything in FOUR days. Contacted them via email & customer support website, tried the phone # multiple times & left a message but no reponse. Finally emailed to cancel the order. Still nothing. Finally contacted my CC and filed a claim to get my money back.
