I purchased a bunk bed from this company. Shipping was exceptionally slow, the product is chinese flatpack garbage, there was no organisation of pieces, numbers missing rom half the parts, the assembly was the worst flat pack experience of my life. Multiple (and I mean a dozen or more) parts were damaged and they wanted to offer to replace them or offer measly partial refund. The finished product is wobbly and the finish is bad, not worth the premium price tag. They have a terrible returns policy and try to make it impossible to get any money back for a change of mind. Stick with a reputable company and stay away from this one, their products do not live up to the way they look on the website or the price tag attached.
