I was with them over a year and they closed my account because I'll admit to using a word that was on the banned list however the context in which I used the word was not in accordance with what should get your account banned. They didn't take into consideration I've been using this same message over a year or actually read the message in it's proper context to see it actually didn't violate their policy. I recommend REI Reply they're cheaper and much more REI friendly. Reply to EZ-Text:No I don't want to discuss anything now, too late you didn't value me enough as a long term customer. You didn't consider all the stuff I said in my review in the actual moment when my account was closed because I said the same thing then as I'm saying in this review.
