Our small organization tried this service a year ago and decided it wasn't what we needed. I thought that I had canceled the annual subscription, but apparently, I did not. We were charged for another year so I reached out to customer support and asked for a refund and cancellation since a quick look at our account will show that we aren't using the service. We have not even logged into our account in over 11 months. Customer support responded simply that it was against their terms of service and they wouldn't refund. I can fully accept that it was my fault I didn't cancel the subscription, but I also think it's very reasonable to ask for some courtesy for something that was clearly a mistake. We are all out here trying to make the most of the little time we have and sometimes things get missed. Unfortunately, they obviously don't care about customers, only the bottom line.They will write a reply to this review, but I have already gone back and forth with them and they will clearly not be making this right. So I'd highly encourage you to see their response to this review for what it is...utter nonsense. There are many other service providers that will actually care about your needs and not just their revenue so I would highly recommend you pass over this company. They are not worth your investment.
