After two months of hard work, I ended up with a website that can't generate sales due to their inadequate technical management. This platform may suit personal projects, but for a business that requires reliability, prompt support, and proper technical configuration, it has been utterly disappointing. I discovered that the team is from a region known for beginners, and even the founder's responses to reviews come across as unprofessional and immature. As a business, dealing with customers should always be done professionally. They even canceled my account without any prior notice, making it clear they are not a secure choice for sustaining a business.
