I am writing this review based on my experience with the service over the past year, and it has been fantastic. I subscribed to the Elite level and have consistently received top-notch support from the team. I am based in Canada and have a balanced supporter base from both the US and Canada. My website showcases the Historical Record capture of Native American Pow Wow Celebrations using 4K video footage. I have already uploaded over 1,700 videos and plan to add more than 2,000 videos each year moving forward. The features offered by the service are remarkable, and I have expressed my appreciation to the technical team multiple times. I've had several technical meetings via Zoom, and they have always addressed my concerns effectively. Additionally, I can reach someone 24/7 through the live chat on the dashboard, where I receive immediate advice or detailed articles to help with my issues. If I encounter more complex problems, scheduling a technical Zoom meeting has always been straightforward. Another impressive aspect is the ability to contact the CEO. Initially, I didn’t think much of this feature in the Elite level package, but when I had some unique technical issues, my tech team shared his contact information through WhatsApp. I messaged the CEO, and he replied in under 24 hours, which is remarkable. I've never had direct communication with a CEO regarding any concerns before, and it seems rare these days. I did come across a less favorable review, and I honestly find it hard to understand the issues that person faced with the service. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, my own experience has been overwhelmingly positive, making it difficult to believe anyone could have a negative experience. If I could award more than five stars, I certainly would. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to build a strong community for their supporters.
