Very disappointing experience. The FAQ states that orders typically arrive within 48 hours, but after two weeks my order was only marked as “shipped” and never showed any movement with the carrier. Customer support appears to be entirely automated, and I was unable to reach a real person for help. After experiencing this and doing further research, I also noticed many reviews mentioning quality issues with the products. Overall, not worth the hassle — I would recommend ordering elsewhere.
