I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction regarding the experience my group and I faced during the Grand Prix. Despite purchasing tickets, we never received the email with our tickets. We successfully collected our passes and attended the Pit and Paddock Day without issues. However, when we attempted to enter for the main race, security denied us entry, insisting on physical tickets in addition to our lanyards. This led to unnecessary complications, including being charged a hefty fare by a taxi driver taking advantage of our situation. We are a professional event company who invested significantly in this experience, expecting a seamless process, only to encounter chaos and embarrassment instead. After an exhausting search for our tickets and numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach out for help, we finally received them just in time to catch only part of the race. This was unacceptable, particularly given the premium price we paid and the professional service we anticipated.
