The most remarkable aspect of F1 experiences is the customer service. I think anyone going into one of these events knows the race itself will be more or less what they expect from a sporting event. To me what set this leagues above anything else was the team at F1 experiences. To start with: Kai. I went online to look at possibly booking a package. Later that day I got a call from Kai asking if I needed any help or had any questions. He was not pushy at all. When I decided to book a package he was super helpful and even sent me a link with options to do multiple payments if I wanted to. He and the F1 experiences email then proceeded to answer any question I had, no matter how stupid it was, not only quickly, but friendly as well. Everyone at the race who was helping with scheduling and transportation was exceptionlly knowledgeable and friendly. The track tour, pit lane walk, and trophy photos were all extremely fun. All in all this was a great use of time and money!
