Hate leaving poor reviews but I believe people should have a balanced view. There are many 5-star reviews on here but that has not been our experience. We booked with F1 experiences many months ago for a package for the upcoming race at Emilia Romagna in May. We have had barely any communication, and no support or guidance whatsoever. It is impossible to speak to anyone at the company by phone, and emails either take days/weeks at a time to get a response or disappear into oblivion. We paid £thousands for our long- saved for grandstand package, which is supposed to be a special trip for my daughter's 18th Birthday. We received our tickets this week and we are stuck in a grandstand with a poor view and no TV screen nearby. Again no response to our emails. Even tried the email given in the response to one of the posts below. A very poor experience.
