It was the worst customer experience I've ever had. They decided to raise the prices and only sent me an informational email about it. I was upset because I'm a loyal customer, yet at the same time, while raising the price for me, they were offering discounts to new customers. I reached out to the customer service and started to reason with them. In the end, I was assured that they would not charge me more for this year. I thought, 'well, that's fair enough.' But it was an empty promise. They did charge me more. I have proof of the promise, so I thought it's a mistake; we will sort it out. But no. I was sending emails back and forth, attaching the screenshot several times, but they are acting like bots. Every time a different person is responding, asking for the screenshot, and then just ignoring it. They just want your money and don't care about anything else.
