I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. One of my items took far too long to arrive, and the second item never arrived at all. To make matters worse, there’s no contact option other than email, and their customer service took almost a month to respond. When they finally did, they suggested store credit instead of a refund, which I find unacceptable since I have no intention of purchasing anything from them again.This level of service is unacceptable for any retailer, especially one selling sportswear. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and strongly advise against shopping here.
