⭐☆☆☆☆I purchased a pair of Fabi shoes for 400 EUR, expecting high quality and durability. Unfortunately, after wearing them just once—only to drive to a shopping mall and back—I noticed severe damage. The shoes seem to be poorly designed, completely unsuitable for normal use.I reached out to Fabi Boutique’s customer service, which, in my opinion, is among the worst I’ve ever encountered. After several days of waiting for a response, I was informed that no refund or compensation would be provided because they assumed I had walked on “rough surfaces”—whatever that means.Frankly, I was shocked by this response. It felt like a joke, but unfortunately, they were serious. So, these expensive shoes went straight to the garbage.Before you consider buying from this brand, be aware of the poor quality and even worse customer service. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for premium footwear that actually meets its price tag.
