I have purchased twice. Both experiences were excellent. I bought a side table in the sale,it was as described, excellent quality and a good price. Very pleased. Delivery service was personalised, excellent comms, very professional. The second item purchased was received badly broken. This was NOT because it was badly packed.The packaging is very professional. As it was marble a natural hairline crack made the piece more susceptible. I contacted FRs straight away and the service was superb. Money back in the bank within 24hrs and tremendous help in re sourcing the item. I'm just about to buy again. Enjoy this company.
