I received only half of my order after following up multiple times. I sent three emails promising dispatch, but although they claimed items were sent, only half arrived via one courier. The other part is supposed to be with another courier, which shows they are still waiting to receive it. Today is September 24th, and it was supposed to be sent on September 18th, with no replies to my emails. I won't use them again and wish I had read the reviews first.
