Ordered some fabric a couple of weeks ago and didn’t hear anything for over a week so I filled in their contact form which said they’d reply in 24-48 hours. As it was the weekend, I left it a few more days but they never replied. I then emailed them and explained that because they’d taken so long to dispatch the fabric, I’d had to buy some from elsewhere so I would like to be refunded. Finally received an email back and despite me saying I needed a refund, they sent the fabric. I told them I didn’t need it now but they kept saying there was nothing they could do as the order had been sent out. I went back to them again and they offered me a £5 discount code. As if I’d ever order from them again. Everything about this company is appalling especially the customer service. Don’t waste your money. Buy from elsewhere.
