I emailed the company and when I didn't receive a reply I emailed again the following day. I quickly received an apology, and a promise that 'I will immediately check with our dispatch team to inquire about the status and ensure your order is dispatched promptly.' It arrived the next day. I am delighted with the quality and the price of the fabric. So all in all, a reasonably good experience with a hitherto unknown company. Will I use them again? Possibly.
