When it arrived from a different country after ten days, the quality was so poor that it wasn’t worth the money spent. Additionally, it was damaged near the neck area. I reached out for assistance via email but received no response or support. There are better options available elsewhere for a fraction of the price. I feel deceived and I’m at a loss for how to explain this situation to my elderly mother.
