I have ordered make up brushes and they were shipped to my country and was informed that the courier did not find my address and so they returned the item back to the UK, although all details were given correctly as requested (and confirmed by email). No one even contacted me to ask for extra details if required. I have informed their customer service and they informed me that they will re-ship the items. Its been more than two weeks since I was informed about the re-shipment and nothing happened. and I did not even get my money back.I feel scammed! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
