I sold a pair of boots and shipped them (not a local pickup) in Sept 2025 and was never paid for the sale. Facebook markeplace has no way to get help; no chat, , no phone number , no email ...and they absolutely REFUSE to email you back, you open a case - they close it and tell you they can't help you - I have tried and tried to get help and can't. There are so many of us out there that don't get paid by FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE for sales you ship. They keep the funds and won't help you locate the money. I have no way to get help for this ..it is the most frustrating experience.
