Had an awful experience with Facegym @ Coal Drops Yard, having booked the appointment for my partner.The Signature Hands appointment started 10 minutes late, and ended 5 minutes early despite a 45 minute allocation and an additional 10 minute package that was upsold (30 minutes instead of 55), almost halving the duration for double the price.On top of this, Facegym make cancelling your membership a NIGHTMARE. You can't cancel until you've gone through at least 2 months of their services, and any attempt to reach out to the memberships/support team have been promptly ignored.Facegym argue that it's mentioned in T&Cs + FAQs, but at no point during the actual checkout process is it sufficiently VISIBLE. Competitors are significantly more accommodating with a much more responsive support team.Facegym has a dubious and foul operating model, and poor service to boot. Avoid the hype, and avoid in general.
