Booked my friend for a facial on Saturday in chelsea branch .For over £100 the whole thing was rushed and her therapist was late and treatment rushed and said *i cant wait to go for my lunch after this*Sitted beside the reception area listening to the staff shouting and laughing. Wouldn't reccomended .
