I bought the heal and glow balm with the promise that it works well to control breakouts. I was lured in by their advert on insta and by my desperation to sort my skin out. I have sensitive skin and very prone to breakouts, I have yet to find something I can use.Anyway, so I started using this, twice a week to see how my skin would react. within a couple of days after first use, I got a couple of small whiteheads (which I ever get), then after the second use, I have loads of them all over my face.After I ordered this I was reading through their returns policy, and well they don't have one (even if the product is unopened). I never usually buy anything without researching properly first, but all their reviews on here were so good (fake, maybe?) I just didn't think. But anyway, a complete waste of £35, and my search for a good skincare product continues.
