I paid for an upgrade and never received the upgrade I paid for. despite numerous emails i sent out to them, they never got back to me. The site said they respond to emails within 24 hours, thats a big lie, they never respond within 24 hours. when they responded after 4 days to tell me my payment didnt go through, i sent them a screenshot of the payment that went through and since then it's been cricket silence from them. they have ignored all my emails.
