Only after escalating and threatening legal action did Adrian H., an account manager, respond briefly to say my “discount expired.” No acknowledgment of the missing notice or consent, and no resolution since.Under German law, unilateral price increases without explicit consent or direct notice are generally not valid. Yet Factorial has ignored my messages while continuing to charge the higher amount.Extremely disappointing experience from a company that promotes itself as people-first.
