The customer service is terrible. I had a parcel which said it was delivered but when I got home was not there. I contacted Fada on 9th December to either get another order or a refund as this was a Christmas gift. Their replies were slow (days later) and they were so unhelpful and at one point subtly accused me of stealing the bracelet. They went back and forth with dpd and I ended up not receiving the gift for Christmas and have still not received any refund or compensation (it’s now 27th Dec). Very disappointed and I would not recommend this company.
