I had been using Faded Ink for a while, and had always been supportive, and positive of the service. In the past I had needed to re arrange appts, and messaged to ask to do this, all ok. Until yesterday, I needed to re arrange my appointment for that day, as I had made a genuine mis calculation of my bank funds, and very stupidly assumed I had not overspent over the weekend ( friends birthday) I only rechecked my account on the morning and found I had not enough to eat, and have laser at same time. I politely messaged Lloyd and apologised for my mess up, and could we re arrange to following Monday, as I got paid the Friday coming. The response back was, short, abrupt, very uncooperative and rude, not good at all, and such that I will not be insulting myself with his service further. I am big on good customer service, and he needs to look at how he responds to last minute changes, circumstances, situations, demands ( home, personal or work) that customers may find themselves in, instead of responding with " not good at all mate" and nothing else, no leeway, no acknowledgment of my offer to rebook, no sympathy, no flexibility, no, retain customer solutions. Friendly when suits, and absolutely rude and unfriendly when otherwise.
