Their customer service and signup process are incredibly frustrating and poorly structured. I signed up well before placing an order, yet was only informed that I was not approved after my purchase had already been completed.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that I continued receiving multiple promotional emails encouraging me to move forward with my order. There was clearly no issue taking my payment information—but a complete lack of transparency around approval status.
On top of that, there was no real attempt to understand my business or business model—just quick assumptions and a blanket decision without meaningful review.
I spent time researching pricing and intentionally chose to order through Faire. Because of their delay and failure to communicate, I am now significantly behind on receiving these products and missed the opportunity to source them elsewhere in time.
This experience shows a serious lack of accountability and respect for business owners’ time and money.
