It was very, very, valuable and I cannot recommend it enough.A minor thing I'd like to point out: The communication software they use (creditlogic?) has a bug in the chat box wherein every time the google captcha timer times out, the chat scrolls all the way to the top automatically. It's a bit annoying especially if you've had months of chat and in the middle of a long and important message.
