I was so impressed with this brand. First of all the dress I purchased exceeded expectations, it was absolutely stunning and the quality amazing. But what really took me by surprise was the customer service: used as we all are to poor assistance, not getting replies or having to wait days or weeks, refunds rejected and whatnot, I didn’t hold out too much hope when I saw that the dress was a bit too tight on me and how close it was to Christmas, which was when I needed the dress for. However as soon as I emailed them the team was so helpful, available and just honestly amazing. Their cordiality and speed was unparalleled to me, the dress of the right size came on time and everything went smoothly at such a crazy time of the year. I will definitely be buying again, this was one of the happiest and most meaningful shopping experiences for me.
