Not a trustworthy company. I purchased a dress that was extremely expensive, and it ended up being poor quality with a zipper that does not work correctly. The company refused to allow a return even though they gave me a defective product.EDIT: They’re still gaslighting in the comments by claiming they “found the zipper to be fully functional.” I literally sent them a video as proof prior to sending the dress back for repairs showing that it did not work and became jammed every time I tried to zip it. Why would I ship it back to you for repair if there was nothing wrong with it? The zipper ended up getting fixed but this was a huge headache and I couldn’t wear the dress for my planned event because of the time spent shipping it back and forth. Again, I’m disappointed that an item this expensive didn’t even have quality checking.
