More like a - 100 has been my experience with this “so called” (CHRISTIAN BASED COMPANY ) …
I ordered an ( gift ) item way back at the first of the year . For the item too be delivered prior to Valentine’s Day. ..
I received a notification that the order had been delivered…. ( NOPE NOT HERE / NOT DELIVERED )
I have a Post office box …( we do not get home delivery )
“ small rural town “ ..
Contacted the company via “ THEIR “ Customer service portal listed …( as seen in numerous other post / response “ by them “ ) on how to contact / order tracking and “So called Customer service “ ….
( ticket was created for lost / missing shipments )
****I have documentation of each step ***
Numerous emails sent and received….
Only to find their responses to be generic each time ..
***I have requested numerous time *** “ for an actual “ live person “ to contact in regards to my order . ( Phone number ).. an actual physical address of the company..
Name ect. ( I have documentation of such requests )
Nothing….
I have filed with the “United state post office” a lost / missing item report …( provided this to THIS COMPANY )
( also documented ) ..
As for “ their policy’s / procedures “ listed in their web site “ ( I have followed each one ) ..( again documented) ..
“” THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD “”
A formal complaint has been filed with ( United States postal inspector ) …
