I echo all of the above 1-star reviews. Received soft cover but website shows hard cover and price paid reflects other hard cover prices. Small book and not the 88 books as advertised. I figured out I was scammed before receiving as the tracking process was in Chinese and finally showed the book left Wuhan. Seems the devil doesn't want us to have the real edition. All the more reason to keep searching!
The site is a scam. I have not received the Bible and they sent a link to begin the process of filing a claim that does not work, and a tracking number that does not exist with any carrier. They have not returned my messages about the link not working. I ordered a bible on 3-5-26, I checked the tracking number on 3/25/26 and it said that the order had not been shipped. I contacted customer service and was sent an website to file a claim, l tried logging into the site but was told that it didn’t exist! Their phone number just keeps ringing! I sent email saying that I need help and As of 3/25/26 have not heard from them!
I ordered from from Faith Made 3/16/26. I have not received my order, when I tried to call it’s just a busy signal no answer. I’ve emailed them several times. They responded and told me to check with my neighbors, your mailbox and your post office. If not found I could start an investigation. So I asked for them to start but I have not heard anything back after I ask them to start an investigation.I would not purchase from them because you will not receive your order!!!
If I could give NO stars I would!!! I’m so disappointed that my order was not legitimate. Made a purchase on March 16 got a confirmation saying shipped on March 18 and still the site says no additional tracking information available 🚩#1. And Shop pay site at one point said “this site no longer is available” 🚩 #2. Sent email about no additional shipping information, and after reading some of y’all reviews, I can say that I’m surprised now that I even got a speedy response within a day, but it only said we have seen that your order has shipped on our end. Let us escalate this to our shipping partners if it has not delivered, I confirmed no delivery please escalate and of course no response 🚩#3!!! Not to mention I have tried googling the “tracking #”…BEST********** and NO INFORMATION 😡🚩🚩🚩 I have reported fraud and hopefully this site can be shut down!And now that I’m gathering documents for this fraud report! I look at the tracking number and see that it’s tracked by 17TRACK and I know that that’s from China so then when I pull it up from there that site does have some movement on it but the fraudulent part that I can add is that their website “FAITHMADE” disclaimer is based in Richmond Virginia so why am I getting something from China now I know it’s low quality!!!
Scam. Order placed and paid for 3 weeks ago and never recieved. No tracking info given customer service has not responded to my 3 emails sent. They do t answer their phone. Then they sent an email asking how I liked my purchase. I paid for shipping insurance too. SCAM SCAM SCAM
Took over a month to receive. The book is only 300ish pages. It only contains 61 books and does not have the book of Enoch, jubilees and more as it states on the book. The QR code inside it goes to an invalid website so you can’t access the audios. No one answers the Customer service phone. The website states 90 money back guarantee but also says it has to be unopened and it leave no instructions on return. This is a scam site. Disputing with my bank.
I also purchased from this company February 5, 2026 and have not received my order. I have emailed them, no response and no answer at the phone number. Not happy, very convincing that it’s legitimate because I’m getting emails asking how I like my purchase, and other engaging emails. Very disappointed.
I ordered the Ethiopian Bible on February 2nd. Today is now February 24th and there's still no tracking. I have emailed and they have not responded. I have called the number and it just hangs up after a few rings. I even paid for shipping insurance. At this point I'm thinking I should maybe write it off as a loss.
