The customer service personnel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and understanding. In conjunction with the delivery company they were able to prove delivery. Ultimately, the issue rested with me.
Package was a little slow in arriving, but the slippers are very comfortable, soft & cozy.
I love them and would order again & even give as a gift. I wish they came in more colors
My delivery was porch pirated but I didn't know it. I had never been porch pirated. Inspire-Uplift worked with the delivery company to provide me pictures of the delivery. Inspire–Uplift's customer service personnel were friendly, knowledgeable, and followed through.
Hade some question about delivery called uplift and spoke to a customer service, agent who was very helpful and polite, she then checked my order , and texted me back the next day with the info I needed. I will definitely use your company Again thank you for respecting a new customer, it was a pleasure doing business with you.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. It is impossible to make returns. I ordered a neck heating pad that I thought was wireless because the descriptions says it has usb charger. It is not wireless. The cord is so short I have to sit on the floor to use it. Their site says they have a 30 return policy but it's not true. You can only return if item is broken or defective.
I ordered a small heater that was powered by a rechargeable battery, what ai received was a tiny heater that might warm a mice’s ass!!! Very disappointed for $70 dollars!!! What a rip off!!!!!!!!!!
Even after another report I received a computer generated response as I did with the last 3 submissions to return my lamp. Rip off, scam, thieves, everything to described this fake and scam they call inspire uplift. What a frickin joke.

They sold me a light with a remote control. It took a month to receive it. The remote would only control the light when held within 12 inches of the fixture. At first they said they would take a return and reimburse me. Then they reversed themselves and said that's how it's supposed to work and wouldn't allow a return. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I ordered a bird feeder 2-1/2 weeks before Christmas as a gift for my wife, but it only arrived on January 7th. The holes were too small, making the bird feed difficult to use. I wanted to return it, but the support team informed me that since it was over 14 days since delivery, they couldn't process the return. When a company says they can't accept a return, it feels like an excuse rather than a policy.
